Humanoid robot

i want a humanoid robot that will be able to : speak recognise voice commands walk (digital compass) Ans also i want to have the following sensors : touch, sound, light sensors. Also i want it to have ultrasonic, and servo motor. The communication will be done via a pda, so i want also an application which will be set up in a pda and communicate and control with the robot I want it to be build in .net platform (the programming part) and using visual c#. i also want all the source code, so i can study and modify the software part, all the copyrights are mine. I am in a great hurry, so the lowest price with the faster time will be chosen. The bid is the total cost of everything (sensors, hardware programming, software application), without including the shiping costs, which i will pay for.
