Trading system Research C++ prgramming

Need long term part time programmer for Trading and Stock Market research. Trading program is a C++ enviroment and programmer will mainly be writing scripts in C++. Please do not respond if you do not have basic understanding of stock market/trading and are fluent in English. If the first job goes well, will need help for at least one year. First project has two parts: Writing 6 scripts to test different risk management and positon sizing for existing trading systems. This will include optimation loops for each. 2nd part is writing a script to pull out the best performing stocks based on average true range over x days of days. Fro example, write a script that pull out the best performing stock over a five day period. Scripts are not long, but can be somewhat complicated as several transactions are going on at one time. Sample scripts will be provided for those interested.
