In the attached file i have implemented the beginning of the project, which is a 'Polar' class which takes polar or cartesian coordinates and translates between the two. as well as a basic test file. This is of course not complete, but shows that i am able to do the work. I can complete the code for you to complete the translation between polar & cartesian coordinates, as well as add & subtract of vectors, multiplying, set length, set angle, etc. If you accept my bid, I can complete this project for you within 2 days and for $50.
