Quick prototype for future web reporting application 3rd Milestone

We have a DevEx grid with query definitions created in easyquery. When any of this queries are select to be used in report (Report link), we will need to load MVC Devex End-User Report Designer and define the query as data source for the report. After user creates the report and add name and description, the definition of the report have to be saved and displayed in a grid where user can delete, view (call Devex Report Viewer and "run" report), or Edit (where the report definition will be load into Report Designer again) so that user can do changes in the report.
