Create a Desktop Application

I am looking for a desktop application (portable/should not require installation) for windows that compare files between two folders and generate individual report. For example, I have attached three files : Old = Original File New : Modified FIle Difference = Difference between the old and new. Requirement: 1. The tool should be GUI based so that user can provide original file and modified file 2. The tool should be able to do the compare between two folders or two files 3. Format Support : RTF, DOC/DOCX and PDF 4. The file name for difference report should be [login to view URL] Check the files for reference on how the compare works. Please message for any question.
