Step 1 – A splash screen with branding and language options is visible at all times Step 2 – The form loads in the language the visitor has selected. They enter their details via the touch-screen and indicate the number of wristbands they require. o The Screen will have 2 language options (English / Arabic) with our logo in the middle of the screen. o After the selection of the language, another screen page will appear that will contain:  Guardian or School name:  Contact Number  Quantity: (not to be printed on the wristband) Step 3 – The system prints out the wristband(s). Also, • When the printer runs out of wristbands or another error has occurred, visitors will be prevented from entering their details and will see an ‘out of service’ message until the issue is resolved. • Thus, someone from our team will be there in case the printer has run out of wristbands. • In terms of design, we would like to have the kiosk custom-made with our branding and logo (the design would be provided from our side after the dimension of kiosk or kiosk template is given to us)
