Fix error of ASP.NET MVC4 website on server side

I have asp.net mvc windows authentication website built on .net 4.5 but found out the server only support .net 4.0 so get website downgraded to 4.0. It works fine on local but when deployed to server, I got the following error: Could not load type '[login to view URL]' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'. The entityFramework in [login to view URL] has the same PublicKeyToken but I don't know what's the real error and how to fix it. The server is windows server 2008R2 but I do not have access to it. Nothing on the server configuration can be changed and even loading files to server have to go through some person and it takes time. There are several articles explain how to fix it, like the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need a person to help me, making the website working on server.
