Kenworth Cabin Air Design Modification

We need the design of our housing modified slightly in the following plans: • Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Top • Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Left Side Plate • Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Bottom and Outlet Side • Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Filter Box Assembly page 1 of 2 • Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Mounting Bracket 2 • Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Mounting Bracket 4 The existing models are SolidWorks 2021. We need the finished files to include SolidWorks models, PDF drawings, and DXF Drawings. We have included a packet of the hand-drawn notes of each drawing that needs alterations, as well as all DXF, STEP, and PDF files we currently have on this housing. Here are the changes we need to the files listed above: On “Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Top”, we need to modify the plans to add a 45 degree at .625” and the 10.735” mark. On “Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Left Side Plate” we need to add a 45-degree formed angle at the .625-inch mark. This angle is up R.06 at .625 inch. On “Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Bottom and Outlet Side” we need to remove .625 inch of material from side with 1 hole. We also need to move “1 hole” location to .312 inch from new zero point. New drawing dimensions will change from 2.045, 5.045, 9.795, 10.840 to 1.420, 4.420, 9.170, 10.215 respectively. On “Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Filter Box Assembly page 1 of 2” the new welding dimension for the mounting brackets should read 6.187 inch instead of 7.629 inch. On “Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Mounting Bracket 2” the slot needs to be extended from .500 inch to 1.00 inch, and new center of slot location moved from .475 inch to .312 inch. On “Kenworth Cabin Air Filter Assembly Mounting Bracket 4” the slot needs to be extended from .500 inch to 1.00 inch.
