Help with my Computer/Laptop/Device

an application built where people can schedule someone to be onsite for any type of issue they are having with their device or other electronics. The backend would need to have where someone can upload their times of availability as well as their certifications and qualifications and an area they want to specialize in. it would need to have an available now button that could be switched on or off.
