NO AGENCIES Social Media Manager – Long Term I am looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Main Goal: Increasing brand awareness and content engagement. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging and compelling content tailored to the target audience by repurposing blog and YouTube video content - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make necessary adjustments - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms - Longer term you will take on more of a content manager role with involvement in the planning of upcoming content and coordinating production of blogs and videos. Candidate will work remotely and needs to be located in a time zone compatible with Australia's east coast. i.e., not based in USA or UK. Posting Frequency: Twice per week Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. - Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use insights to optimize campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Bonus Skills: - Experience with Excel and or Power BI. - Experience using Photoshop and Premiere Pro. About the Team: - We create educational tutorials on Excel and Power BI. - You will work closely with our small team to brainstorm ideas and develop content.
