The cleaning company "NOX AB" needs Excel VBA implementation in order to track the handling of keys internally and externally (customers and realtors).
The file attached is our current booking schedule that gets filled up with all the bookings for a week. What we need is a Excel file that works as an userform for each booking. Our cleaners and inspectors need to be able to log the handling of the keys internally for each step of the cleaning process. This means the following for EACH booking on a laptop that will be running the excel file 24/7 at our office:
- Logging when a key has been collected from a realtor or customer has handed in the keys to us.
- Logging when a key has been collected and handed in before/after cleaning.
- Logging when a key has been collected and handed in before/after inspection.
- Logging when a key has been returned to office for 2nd cleaning.
- Logging when a key has been returned to either broker, customer or at the office for pick-up.
Besides these functions, the Excel file should also be able to give out automated warnings based on time IF a key for a mission is not returned to broker 4 hours before customer access.
