ebook writers needed

Thank you for reading this post. I run a small press that has been moving from print format to eBooks. We have some staff writers, however, we seek the following: 1. Strong native English writers with creative ideas for both fiction and non-fiction books between 20-150 pages 2. Creative writers who can meet the deadlines set and help market their work. 3. All writers get their name or pen name as byline. No ghostwritten books at this time, although there could be one day. 4. Someone who can bring life to some of our discarded projects. Please bid based on your per page fee. At this time we are a small press, and our money is low, but our connections, public relations, and networking are strong. I am asking for each writer to bid with an idea or basic outline of their own selection and keep the basic cost around $30-50. This one project could lead to many. We seek talented new writers to become our new sensations. We will promote and provide your stories and your non fiction with the goal of establishing ourselves as a new imprint for eBooks, eventually an Ipod app and a podcast will follow. No need to give us your ideas. You keep all copyrights until book is purchased by us. We require full completion in 6-8 weeks. We do not pay in milestones, but will be sure to provide a non-disclosure agreement as well as a full contract outlining payment and your duties as the writer. I will select this week at least one new writer to start us off. If more than one is qualified and passionate, it could be more than one. This is not a "job" that needs to be completed quickly and that requires basic articles writing. We seek TRUE writers, not just words on paper, but actual true to their craft, yet stuck in freelance- writers!
