Simple Date Base needs to be fixed ASAP

The current site [login to view URL] has a few data base errors that are not calling correctly. I need someone that knows date base and php to log into the site and admin section and fix what is not calling correctly so things will work correctly. I need this done asap! listed below are the errors happening: When trying to add a new company and you click on the create button you get an error that says: Error on getting User list of the company!->Unknown column 'CompanyID' in 'where clause' When you click on User Settings, for some reason you get the same error as listed above. When you enter a zip code on the web site that is assigned to a company profile it doesn't redirect to the companies web site that is listed on the profile. it goes to a blank page.
