Long Term Virtual Assistant Opportunity Unbelievable opportunity for the right individual that has a strong work ethic, professional, able to meet tight deadlines, multi-tasker, that is able to manage intense work load. Must be an All-Star performer and is an overachiever and able to exceed expectations. § Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, data entry and be capable of learning new programs on their own. § Must be very detail oriented § Will be making phone calls to assist scheduling and setting up appointments § Perform internet research, proofreading documents, compiling databases, assisting with writing sales proposals, responding to emails, calling customers, answering calls, finding new leads, setting appointments, updating website content, building alliance with charitable organizations, email campaigns, writing press release, and be able to miscellaneous assignments as assigned § Search Engine Optimization, including manual directory submission, link building and social bookmarking § We will agree on hours when you will be working for solely me. This availability must be unconditional. § He/she will act as a virtual personal assistant and be available 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time. § The individual I seek speak English fluently § Available by phone and messenger during designated time frames, computer literate, internet savvy, and MUST have a strong phone skills and presence. Will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision § Preferably a college graduate with administrative assistant experience Must be available to work time minimum of 40 hours a week.
