[REPOST] create a windows process that cannot be killed from task manager

Hello, This project is a repost. The detailed description of what we need is listed below: The situation: We have 2 small applications that run inside our network and at some of our clients. The first application it is called MASTER and runs at system startup. This application performs quickly a few actions (check for updates, new settings and so on) and after that it starts the second application called MAIN. This main application is a dll and [login to view URL] is used for running it, along with a set of parameters. This process in some cases is critical for our and our clients businesses. We want it to be started in a way that the users will not be able to kill it from the task manager. Somehow the way that the anti-virus software works. Meaning that the users are able to see it but not able to stop it. We would appreciate if this can work on all Windows versions XP and newer (also Windows server OS if is possible), on both 32 and 64 bits. The MAIN application is started by using CreateProcess and we think that is something that it has to do with the LPSECURITY_ATTRIBUTES. What we need: We will require the C++ code that will perform this kind of action (run our application in a way that prevents killing it for task manager). We are using Visual Studio 2008. We will need also a small C++ code example (that we will use in our uninstaller) that is able to kill the process. The MAIN application can only be stopped when the uninstaller is executed. Otherwise the MAIN application should not be stopped. What we expect: We prefer working with a coder / team that has done this before and are able to provide us a working sample before bidding or before the bid is accepted. That will be the fastest way to complete this project. We would accept bids from people who did not implemented such requirements but the time to complete this project is somehow short. What we do not want to receive: Alternative solutions: like having a process or services that watches if our MAIN application runs, if not to start it. We already have this solution and we are looking for something else. Code that works only in some cases: we have received samples that are working well but the Windows cannot be shut down. So please keep this in mind: the operating system should not be affected: the startup, the logon, the shout down, sleep or restart should perform normally.
