zoho crm integration

We are looking for a freelance with experience in integration of Zoho CRM with other applications. Context : We are a contact center working for enterprise customers. We use Zoho CRM to manage outbound call campaigns and Aircall as IP telephony system to make those outbound calls . Both systems are integrated. Our enterprise customers need to have access to the recordings of the calls. Escenario: When calling to a customer from Aircall softphone, if the phone number exists in the CRM, at the end of the call, Aircall pushes automatically call data to the zoho CRM contact, as an activity. Information pushed includes date, call duration, call type (inbound/outbound), and a link to the recording of the call, stored in Aircall server. The issue is that when we click on the link to access the recording a pop up appears asking for login/pwd in Aircall. Therefore, we cannot send this link to our customers, as we cannot provide our Aircall user/pwd to our customers. Scope of the work: We would like to have an automatic script riggered from the CRM, when Aircall pushes the call data (creates the activity) into the Zoho CRM contact, contacts Aircall and requests the mp3 file of the recording. The mp3 file can then either be stored as an attachement in the zoho crm contact, or stored it in our enterprise dropbox account. In both cases, a "public" link to download the mp3 file should be stored at the corresponding zoho crm contact. See attached diagram of the existing scenarion and new feature requested to develop
