Template Modification

This is a simple project. I have purchased a template; [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I require the HTML / CSS template to be modified; 1) Footer on bottom must stay at bottom of browser when there is not enough content on the page, when there is content to be at bottom of page. 2) Need Modal Popup Box (facebook style) that can display text, div, or remote page. Very simple project, required within one to two days. Low budget, should be simple, please review template to get an idea of what you will be working with. The site is already developed so only limited css changes please. Site template does include modal window but currently only set up for photo as per template. Successful freelancer will be sent a copy of the template for development.
