Description: We are looking for an experienced web developer to create a real estate website for a specific location and market. This website should provide a platform for buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to buy, sell, or rent properties in this region. The sellers should be able to manage their listings and buyers should be able to easily search and filter to find properties they are interested in. We would like a custom solution that is responsive and based on new standards and practices for programming and backend design. Key Features of the Website: -User registration and profile management -Search functionality based on location, property type, price range, and more -User-friendly management system for real estate agents to post and manage their listings -Capability for users to post property listings -Ratings and review system for property listings -Featured listing management for the platform where certain listing traits are prioritized when viewing listings in general -Integration of maps for location identification -Responsive design for use on mobile devices Design Aspect: We are looking for a unique but simple look and feel in terms of design. If you can handle this aspect within your capabilities, that's great. Otherwise, we will consider hiring another individual specifically for the design. Requirements: -Demonstrable experience in developing websites with similar requirements -Knowledge of web security and data protection -Ability to write scalable and maintainable code -Timeframe and budget discussion Technical Requirements: -We would like the website itself to be based on a widely used, and maintained framework (angular, react or something comparable) -We would like all storage of photos and media related to the listings to be stored in a cloud based storage architecture, such as Amazon S3 or comparable -All database records stored on a cloud based elastic db architecture (such as Amazon Aurora or comparable) -We would like in the long term to have some specific content system API implemented i.e 360 photos or other interactive media providers, the provider for this has not yet been chosen.
