Hiya . Proposal: My proposal is to create a simple JavaScript function on page load. Once the page is loaded, two radio buttons will be displayed. The first button (Button 1) will be auto-selected. When Button 1 is selected, the dropdown and radio buttons below the dropdown will be hidden, except for one. When Button 2 is clicked, instead of the dropdown being hidden, the user will be required to select a value from the dropdown. This selection will automatically hide the dropdown and select one of the radio buttons underneath it. This function will achieve the desired result without making the user fill out unnecessary personal information. Upon completion, it will also be an easily maintainable piece of code.
