Build a single web page for insertion into content management system. Build and test HTML email. Instructions, mockup of web page and html email are attached. Optional $25 bonus for 24 hour turnaround for completion of HTML email and single web page. (24 hours after bid is accepted.)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Coding using a mix of CSS and tables (only when needed) for layout, and should be WC3 compliant and pass [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
Website to be developed on staging area of buyers
Change orders will be done with a reasonable estimate given by programmer prior to work commencing.
Browsers/Platform support on PC: Firefox 2+, IE 6+, Netscape 7+, Mac Safari 2+, Firefox 2+ Browser support means that page will display the same on each of these browser/platforms. Programmer responsible for testing on all platforms and browser versions.
Site layout should follow exact layout and look of the layered photoshop files that will be provided.
