Preferred File Format - Preferred view of how many bottles, per product, are sold each week (joan tarrago file [login to view URL]) Scope Main Request: Pull data from Supplier’s File into Preferred File Format. To create a Macro that generates the Preferred File Format so you do not need to input any information here but you will have the view that you are looking for. Both you and the Supplier will continue to make updates in the Supplier’s File as you have in the past, and these updates will be pulled into the Preferred File Format. Further details include the following: • To pull all weeks and years listed in the Supplier’s File into one tab in the Preferred File Format. Additionally, to account for the fact that some new products might be added in the future and some current products may be deleted. • Preferred File Format: o Weekly production & raws calcs tab  will include a similar structure to that in the sample workbook provided (joan tarrago file [login to view URL])  will only include products listed in the Supplier’s File going forward  will remove the current formatting of the shaded cells  will remove column C that just says bottles  will format this nicely but tab will NOT be printer-ready  font color will be as follows for bottle quantities (please note if you want them to be a different color): • Confirmed (C) = Black • Not Confirmed (N/C) = Red  For products in the Supplier’s File where you requested a quantity in a certain week, but the supplier suggested a different week instead (as noted in the Observaciones columns): • to list the quantity in the supplier’s suggested week instead. We will know the supplier’s suggested amount when it is indicated so in the Observaciones column. The syntax will be “S.#”, where # is the week of the current year for the week that you had originally requested in the Quantity column. • cell background color will be as follows: o Week Supplier Changed to = light pink (including bottle count)) o Original week you requested = light gray (NO bottle count) o Otherwise = no fill
