Regulatory Compliance Matrix - repost

Our team is looking to create a matrix of the mortgage regulation rules across the various US regulators. The winning team will need to read through the servicing guides (200-300 pages per guide) and extract the requirements into the appropriate category and regulator. We will need to be able to filter on the regulator and/or business function. This bid is to develop phase 1 of this matrix. We will be asking the winning team to develop an initial prototype of the matrix using the CFPB, DOJ, and MHAC servicing guides (which we can provide to the team). To start, the team will need to create a template that provides the high-level business units and supporting functions of the mortgage industry value chain. We can provide the initial functions we expect to be included. The team will then need to read through the servicing manual and extract each requirement into those various functions. We need an early drafte within 3 days, and would expect the first phase servicing guides to be complete within 10 days,.
