Addition of Items from Document to Excel Master List

The items in the PDFs need to be cleanly and accurately added to the master excel file per the instructions for each type of report as follows: 1. Accessibility report – a. Ignore all items highlighted in yellow. b. All other items need to be added even though there are many instances of the same condition occurring more than one time, they’re in different locations. c. Location shall be the unit # or area from left column. Each description will then start with the location within the unit (example – Unit 716 is location, Kitchen – start with description on the left most side followed by the next column to the right (if there is one for both, if not include only what is typed). d. Date of review 12/1/20, date of report 12/15/20. e. Team member generating report is “SWA” f. File name “Accessibility Report dated 12/10/20) 2. Façade report – a. Location = location provided. b. Description = description provided. c. Date of review = 11/18/20 d. Date of report = 12/17/20 e. Team Member = LS3P f. File Name of report = each individual file name provided This need to be completed by 9am New York City time on 12/23/2020.
