General Administration Duties

We are a Perth (Australia) based renovation/building company that needs occasional help in contacting suppliers for quotes, or placing orders plus booking in various trades for projects and following them up to make sure they're going to attend! We would supply a detailed list of suppliers and trades and instructions at the time for who to contact and for what purpose. All contact can be via email and as such will provide a 'paper trail' for electronic filing. Other work would include writing up meeting 'minutes' which would be scanned and sent through to be 'transferred' to a template format which we'd provide. 1) Contacting Perth (Australia) suppliers for quotes - generally by email and coordinating deliveries. Detailing orders on Excel or Word and updating on-line files accordingly. 2) Booking in trades to various jobs and following up by email to confirm prior to scheduled dates. 3) Possible other admin/general duties as they arise. 4) Writing up minutes of meetings. Separate - on-off project.... Meticulously go through a number of real estate websites for 3-4 Perth suburbs to find details of advertised Home Opens and compile all details and upload to a database/website. Would need to be done over a 48-hour period. More details can be provided. Various time per week but expected only about 1-2 hours a week to start with until business grows.
