I need sb to create a Data Entry Center (24/7). With 10 staff. The candidate Project manager must organize a data entry center that will be working 24/7 with 10 people (in the future the number will increase up to 20) working and 10 simple computers for simple Data Entry (typing 0-9). The shifts will be either 2 or 3 and the team leaders will be either 2 or 3 depending on how many the shifts will be. Team leaders must have basic IT skills. The candidate Project manager will manage all the expenses including the payment of the workers, the internet, office/room and his commission. Requirments: Stable at least 50mbps internet connection. Preferred countries due to lower labor costs are India, Pakistan, Bagladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, China. We pay 30% upfront for the 2-4 weeks testing period with 5 workers and the project from then on will be paid on monthly basis.
