Do some Excel Work and applescript

I have an excel cvs file that I want to edit by an applescript if possible. I have several columns and rows that are repetitive in specific ways by groups of 34. ( I will explain) I have in one column 34 rows with the text "Image 2". The next 34 rows will need to be "Image 3" and the next 34 rows will need to be "Image 4" and so on... I would like the script to be able for me to write any specific number like 256 and it does this 256 times x 34. Another Column will have a URL as an example [login to view URL] I will need this to occur on Column 23 each time but each photo number will need to be in order. 1,2,3,4 and so on. Column A-S except for the ones just stated will need to be copied. I have the example CSV to start from. I just want to be able to update a new cvs file whenever I need by just editing a few numbers in the script so it does it an X amount of time.
