I'm looking for a virtual assistant/ project manager to help me with my daily tasks and projects, that are anticipated to require approximately 5-10 hours per week with the possibility of a full-time position. The work will include the following: - Basic Project management - Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar - Export, resize and organize image files for projects - Research and data entry - Update content on our client websites - Assist with miscellaneous project-based tasks Skills required: - Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat - Strong knowledge of website maintenance - Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar - Experience with Notion would be great - Bonus points if you have experience with Webflow or Wordpress You don't have to be incredibly experienced, you will learn a lot from working with me, but you DO need to be willing to LEARN.
