The following are the usual duties you are required to perform: 1. Answering phone calls professionally online 2. Reviewing and distributing daily information received from mails, faxes and general emails 3. Typing letters and reports and processing them after approval 4. Scanning documents such as letters, notices, invoices and checks to the document management system software and filing these hardcopies to appropriate folders if necessary. 5. Opening new client files 6. Discussing with other team mates about the daily tasks 7. Managing and ordering online office supplies 8. Processing and sending client invoices approved by team coordinator 9. Paying company bills approved by owner 10. Processing tax returns for workers from various companies 11. Processing financial statements of other workers 12. Light bookkeeping
