Collection Emails Copy/Paste

I want following 4 fields from Construction Builder's Websites. Only the 4 fields to collect Company Name, First name, Last Name & Email Address. The websites will be provided. I need to reach all 50 states, so each state will have an Word Document such as the one attached. It's a copy/paste job. Budget $15 for 25,000 records. I don't know how many emails there are, but this could be very worthwhile. All the files you create will need to be given to me in an Excel Format. I will do random checks on every file, before payment is released. Best if in the Excel, the Project Winner places where they rec'd the data from, so that the turn around on money will be faster.
