EPA Easy Populate Advanced Zen Cart Data Entry/Data Updation

What we need: Are you experienced with EPA (Easy Populate Advanced)? No? Please don’t apply. Yes? Keep reading. We need experienced and intelligent data entry providers that are experts at EPA (Easy Populate Advanced). This is a very powerful software and with the wrong person it can make a big mess very quickly. That is why for this job we are not interested in anyone except those who are already experts at EPA. If you make mistakes and mess things up, you’ll be in trouble! OK?! If you are up for the job, this will be a wonderful ongoing role. Our client owns an established men's fashion shopping site and a new women’s fashion shopping site that run on Zen Cart and have EPA. The men’s site already has 12,000 products and the women’s site has nearly 2000 products. What we need are tens of thousands of products added using EPA and to revise the existing products based on stock using EPA. Accuracy of work and the ability to use EPA without causing a mess and to learn about the client's products is essential. What we will provide: We will provide the information via Google Docs, email and Skype/MSN about what products are to added/revised and we do have a set of instructions regarding how to format the EPA files etc (quite detailed). The sites of course already have EPA setup. On a regular basis we will provide lists of new products to work on (often coming from a datafeed or Excel file); usually several times a week. We'll provide initial training and ongoing guidance as to how to do the work PERFECTLY for our particular sites BUT if you don’t know EPA well, don’t apply. Following our instructions and requirements precisely is essential. Other context/requirements that you will need to know: Please note that some of the products are of underwear and includes photographs that are revealing so if this is an issue please do not apply. Specific expertise/abilities we seek: EPA gurus only and the ability to make intelligent decisions regarding what existing category a product should go into, high accuracy and consistency and a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Timeframe for delivery: We will be choosing a winner within a few days to about a week or so of starting this job or sooner. If chosen you will be expected to start immediately on the same day. Training will also commence immediately. Please note this main job ad will remain open for a long time but we will be creating new project ads for a few chosen candidates. Other requirements: You need to talk to us daily (Monday to Friday at a minimum and if you can work Saturday or Sunday as well let us know).
