Create a Visual Studio extension to enhance the user's debugging experience

Finished product is a Visual Studio .sln with accompanying files that will build into a VSIX that can be installed into VS2022 as an extension. At a minimum, the extension will allow right-clicking a vector type in a C++ editor and writing to a CSV file. The vector type will be something like a float* pointer (the length would be asked from the user), a std::vector<float>, or a locally defined float array. There are other features I would like, and depending on cost, maybe I could have you do those as well, but I need a bootstrap so I don't have to learn all the ins and outs of creating a VSIX. The finished solution will be well-organized, with readable names and appropriate comments (but more comments != better)
