We are looking for the best teams that can successfuly deal with the demand and not over promise anything that they can't deliver as we have some bad experiences in the past. We are looking for VA's who specialise in: 1 - Ebay 2 - Amazon FBA 3 - Shopify We currently have 2 VA's and their teams working for us currently and in the coming months we will be looking into hiring more VA's with their teams if we deem them as suitable. We are looking for you to provide: - What selling platform you use - The size of your team - How many stores you manage - How many stores you can handle whilst maintaining quality - Profit sheets - Net sales of your current stores - The suppliers you use - The marketplaces you sell on - Forecasts - What profit % you sell at e.g. 20-30% - An instruction manual or guide/blueprint on how our customer would set up their store - What the customer would need to have available ready for you to manage the store i.e. subscriptions, listing software, registration to suppliers, VPS etc? - How you look after customer data - what are your fees/profit share - what problems could arise and how would you deal with them I look forward to hearing from you soon!
