E-commerce for a small homemade cake business

We are in need of a Ecommerce website with features of the following website [login to view URL] and one more feature of Time management. As our products are cakes. for making some cakes take 2-3 hours and some take 2-3 days and some take a week time to make. and in a day we can prepare a limited number of cakes only. as ours is a small homemade cakes business. for this at the time of checkout while customers selecting the date of delivery it should be managed. for example: we can only make 5 small cakes lets say small cake take 2 hours to prepare. likewise for 5 cakes a total of 10 hrs will be consumed. lets say this order is on 27 Aug 2018. some one tried to order one more cake on the same day. but we cant prepare. at this point the date on the calendar view should be disabled to select. and one more is... we need a manual option to disable any date for orders. check https://www.fergusonplarre.com.au.
