Magento 2 Monthly Maintenance for Netherland site

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Magento 2 Specialist to provide top-notch maintenance services for our online platform. Your responsibilities will be centered around ensuring our site runs smoothly, remains bug-free, and delivers an optimal user experience. Ireland Website is our main domain in Magento system and merge with Netherland site. However, we would love to change the main domain to Netherland instead of Ireland, because you only can mange netherland site in Magento by login via Ireland first. The expert has to consider either change Ireland URL to Netherland (then delete the remaining one) or remove the Ireland as main domain and set Netherland as the main one. The Magento system for Netherland site is not upgrade to the latest version yet. Make sure you upgrade to the new version then start work on it. The expert has to conduct analysis to see what's the problem on our website, will need to do site audit on your side to get fully understanding of our page performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Routine Maintenance & Support: Offer unlimited support for our Magento 2 platform which includes: -Fixing any bugs or issues. -Installing, updating, and configuring extensions. -Modifying our existing modules as needed. -Making necessary changes to the frontend layout. 2. Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and optimize our page loading performance. This includes: -Offering suggestions for upgrades to enhance performance. -Alerting us in advance if any upgrades or changes are necessary for improving page load times. 3. Regular Cleanup: On a monthly basis: -Review extensions, modules, and blocks for redundancy. -Identify and remove unnecessary plugins to ensure optimal site performance. -Prompt Response: Must be available to tackle urgent tasks and respond within an hour. Expert Key Requirements: -Proven experience with Magento 2 maintenance and development. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Proactive in suggesting improvements for site performance and usability. -Excellent communication skills.
