Rx Tx for pacemaker in MICS band using QUCS program

I am an expert in radio frequency design engG with a decade of experience in RF/Antenna design engineering. I have BSc in Electronics Engg with professional interests in 5G, loT, SDR, Machine learning, Microwave filters and AI. I studied at the University of Gävle, Sweden, with an MSc Degree in Electronics/Telecomm (Specialized in RF/Microwave Engg) & obtained 68/120 ECTS in MEng Electrical Engg (focus on RF/wireless ) from Tampere University, Finland. I studied RF measurements/Instruments, 10.5 ECTS} in my masters & worked on VNA, spectrum analyser, oscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, power meters, directional couplers, attenuators, power dividers & combiners & did measurements on passive/active components such as filters, mixers, amplifiers in Sweden}. From my thesis, which i did all in Agilent ADS, AWR Microwave Office and MATLAB, I have experience of ADS, AWR MWO, HFSS and MATLAB, CST, IE3D. I have worked in Defense/Govt sector in Pakistan, UC Louvain Belgium and at A University, IST, ISB, all in RF Engg. I have worked with TX & RX, (transceivers), LNAs, HPA, amplifiers, oscillators, filters experts, mixers. MICS is 402–405 MHz band & EIRP=25 microwatt, to reduce interfering with other users of the same band. Ten channels of 300 kHz each were assigned to the bandwidth. I AM AN EXPERT IN TX RX DESIGN.
