I am having 10+ years of experience in FPGA design, even I have worked with the same board which you have mentioned, I can finish this work in 1 -2 day. But the only issue is , i have to download altera quartus 12.1 or 13.0 because 13.1 onwards doesnt support the device which you want to program. So following tasks are required to acomplish your work. 1) Binary multipication 2) result should be shown to 7 seg 3) design of 7 segment 4) testbench 5) programming file generation. - I'm an Expert Digital Design Engineer working on FPGA for more than 5 years ( both VHDL and Verilog) - I have a DE1 board with me actually, it was the board that I've learned FPGA Design with Verilog - I'll provide you full design with simulation files and since I have a DE1 board I'll test it on my board myself and provide you a working proven design. - I'm new here so I need some reputation, that's why I've set the minimum bet for this project.
