Design analogue to digital convertor

Hello! I know how to accomplish your task. This will be a simple implementation. We will take a microcontroller as a basis (most likely, ATtiny from Atmel (currently Microchip)). Using the built-in ADC, we convert the signal from the joystick potentiometer into a digital code. After that, analyzing the value, as well as the speed and direction of change of this value, we will generate a quadrature signal. As part of this project, I will provide for you an electrical circuit, a drawing of a printed circuit board, GERBER files, as well as the source code for a microcontroller. In addition, I will make a prototype. I am ready to start right now. PS I see some of my colleagues are proposing FPGA or DSP for this task ... Believe me, this is too expensive and excessive. Enough one, the cheapest microcontroller.
