We could achieve this with a Faraday cage, a grounded metal sheet that covers the PCB. This protects the PCB from external electromagnetic interference and attenuates any possible electromagnetic emissions. I consider 11 days to be enough time to design the requested PCB. A well done PCB requires design time for optimum routing and distribution of components. It also considers the time to make adjustments within the parameters originally set based on your preferences.
