I need a person problem solving minded to provide support to our customers worldwide. He will work remotely, in a ticket-based system to solve different customers's questions. Some example questions can be found bellow: "I turn on the visio Tv with the remote or with the Xfinity remote or the TV on button, the TV logo comes up then immediately powers off." "My Model UN55JS8500 TV has suddenly begun fading to near darkness on all channels including streaming." "I have a roku and have amazon logo on it but it won’t connect" "The TV went out. The red light blinked and then went out. Not responding to remote or power button on the set."
