Mirror GSuite back to Outlook Desktop?? If that’s the the best recourse

Hosting company messed up something in an update to Chi I think?We lost access to our email on 3/27. We use outlook on the desktop & mirror it to GSuite. Hosting service was able to bring email back online on Outlook and... all folders are completely messed up. Email is Not updating on GSuite. Emails stopped importing on the 27th. We have been able to reforward sent emails back that address. Usually outlook mirrors to GSuite. We need instead to have GSuite (at the very least... folders) to mirror into Outlook. This is a small family business for us and it’s mission critical. Our entire business history communication has been upended.
