Looking for an expert to setup and configure BULK EMAIL sending on PMTA and Interspire with server to setup the "warm up" of 10 - 20 emails per hour then leading to total of 25,000 - 50,000 emails per day the emails so that emails land in their inbox folder and NOT in the spam or junk or Google's "promotions" folder.
