Information on custom Car interior designs, CNC router 3d

I need a freelancer with background in the auto industry as it relates to customized car interior work. My idea is to use an affordable CNC router machine( it can be chinese made no problem, but just something good) as an assistant in making the designs pin point and accurate and also to save time.. Also I would like for you to recommend the type of material that would be used in fabrication, I am guessing fiberglass would be the affordable route. All I have in my head is ideas, but I need a professional that has knowledge about the field to maake a detailed report on custom car interior decoration using the modern technology and in turn saving cost and time. My criteria, are as follows The method as to be the most cost effective way, and must maintain a good quality standard. The report has to be written in lay mans language for me to understand every bit of the information. The report should also have financial analyses of the starting up a business like this, for example you can total machine cost, material cost, and so on. Also explain how we can get accurate 3d drawings, from scratch instead of wasting time with hand fabrication first.
