$30-250 AUD

Paid on delivery
Design a Circuit and PCB using the Maxim 78M6610-LMU I need a circuit designed for use with four Maxim 78M6610-LMU Energy Measurement Devices. I would prefer that this is designed in either Eagle (or Altium). Deliverables are the design files, as well as a PCB that can be sent for manufacture. If you want to bid on this project, make sure you tell me what PCB package you like to use. The circuit will need to have the capability, depending on the loaded parts to use external Current Transformers (CT’s) or ACS710-30 hall effect sensors. Voltage sensing shall be done between incoming Active and Earth. The incoming AC supply shall be connected to a string of five 250K 0805 resistors in series, with an additional 1K 0805 resistor between the end of the resistor string and Earth forming a resistor divider. The connection between the 250K resistors and the 1K resistors shall be connected to one of the Voltage inputs on the 78M6610-LMU as appropriate. The device shall allow an external voltage input of up to 12V DC for powering the device. The design will need to convert this down to 5V 1A. There need to be 18 sockets for various inputs. Every second current input should be connected together with a thick track. I2C Parts 4 x 78M6610-LMU 1 x FM24C256 2 x 4k7 for Pull Up RS485 1 x MAX1485 Current Sensing 4 x ACS710-30 CPU Module 24 Pin DIP – 0.6” with 0.1” clearance on sides and 0.2” on ends Vin – Pin 1 Ground – Pin 2, 20 V3.3 Out – Pin 22, 24 Reset – Pin 23 Serial Tx – Pin 3 Serial Rx – Pin 4 SDA – Pin 13 SCL – Pin 14 RS485 Device Enable – Pin 19 External Connections 16 Positions – Current Sensors 3 Positions – Voltage Sensor 2 Positions – DC Input 3 Positions – RS485 (2 + GND) Possibly Dinkle 2EHDRC series (5.08mm) Possible Suppliers for Cases and Connectors Jaycar ([login to view URL]) Altronics ([login to view URL]) 78M6610-LMU 20 MHz Crystal External Reset from CPU IFC 0/1 Pins: IFC0 = 0; IFC1=1 for I2C Mode Addr 0/1: set for 0/0, 0/1, 1/0, 1/1 for device 0,1,2,3 respectively
