8 PIN PIC CHIP OSCILLATOR

Hi I would like a hex file created for an oscillator, to flash to a suitable 8 pin PIC. The PIC could be a F type or C type if suitable for the job. I would like to use 1 x 8 pin PIC, 1 x 4.864mhz crystal & 2 x ceramic capacitors (for the crystal) in order to create a PIC based oscillator with 3 outputs, one at 38khz and another at 38khz but opposite phase (inverted) and a 3rd output at 19khz.
