Simple Flash customizations required

Please check the modifications that are required. There might be a few more and I will send them to you as we go along. Please check the details of the modifications in the screenshots attached. --> I need to modify the gallery page: when clicking on pictures i need the description of girls on right and thumbnails under. --> the donation page is the worst one .. coding of flash needs to be changed. i will replace it for a schedule page. --> i also need glowing design for my links. want to remove button style and color.
