Hi! My native language is Ukrainian. However, Russian is my mother tongue as well. I have a Master's Degree in Linguistics. My first foreign language is English. So I know English Grammar, Punctuation, Stylistics, Text Interpretation and Literature. I never worked professionally as a book editor. However, I constantly wrote various fictional and non-fictional texts analysis during my studies. In my Master's Diploma Paper, I investigated the axiological potential of various language means in R. Kipling's poetry. This work was impossible to accomplish successfully without thorough knowledge of and proper skills in the English language, Academic Writing, Stylistics and Poetic Language. This work was assessed with "A" grade. My skills in Ukrainian and Russian languages are also on the proficiency level. I attach an excerpt from my Master's Paper as an example of my English writing: One of the meanings of the word “lamb” is “someone who is gentle and lovable, especially a child”. Moreover, it is combined with the word “poor” that means “used to show sympathy for someone because they are so unlucky, unhappy etc.” The words “lovable” and “sympathy” are indicators of the positive evaluation. Thus, the soldiers want to be seen as innocent kids, who require compassion and love. However, their conscience haunts their minds – they transform into “black sheep”. So, both good and evil are incorporated in the soul of a soldier, and in the course of time the good is ousted by the evil.
