Do you not need "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" in the result file? Only Russia from 1945-2013? According to your instructions issued so. In that case can be duplicates in IGOs for 1991 for "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" and Russia? I have an experience of working with big amount of data. I can use my SQL Server for it.
