Through this User Interaction form, you can completely manage the datasheet. I need a little clarification with the Sequence rows and row numbers. I see its currently formulated in your datasheet. So by retaining integrity of this data, do you mean to say, if a record is deleted, it must delete the sequence and row numbers alongwith it, while the rest of the records continue to retain the assigned Row and sequence number when it was initially entered. I have vast experience in handling projects like this and have successfully delivered high quality dashboards which are very flexible to future changes, easily scalable to bigger data and easy to use. Based on what you described, we can do the following things Create a userform which has tabs to do the following things 1) Add new employee to the database 2) Delete an employee from the database 3) Update the details of an existing employee 4) Retrieve a list of employees based on filters given by the user and also sort the results based on sort conditions selected by the user. All these things can be done by retaining the integrity of the data. We can also built in some security systems in place so that no one can get access to the employee database.
