Hello, Freelancers!
I have 29 DOC files that we need to pick content from it and fill inside a XLS table. They are scientific articles, so structure is same for all articles. Title, Authors, Keywords, Abstract, References. Even layout is same for all DOC files.
What we need is someone to copy those content from each doc file, and paste on the XLS on specific columns that I will give to you. On those columns we should keep line-breaks on references and abstract, and authors should be standardize as following:
- SURNAME, Name; SURNAME2, Name2;
You will find names like this, for example:
- JACKSON, Michael²; LENNON; John³;
or even:
- Michael Jackson, John Lennon
In both cases we need to change to (remove numbers, and change structure):
- Jackson, Michael; Lennon, John
For those interested in it, you can think you will spend up to 3 minutes per article. Probably this is something you can do by today. If you find you can do this project, post it on your bid: "As easy as Copy/Paste... Ops!" so I know you have ready everything. If you dont, I will not even check your bid costs nor anything.
