Hi! I understand what needs to be done, but I have one question - why you need pivot tables in Excel? I can make an export from DB to Excel (VBA is required and on Windows only, on Macintosh, it is quite troublesome), but since we have it in Access already, why not making a report in Access. Excel has better charting capabilities of course, and if that is the reason, then it makes sense. Overall, most of those can be achieved by some queries (SQL) and where needed I will write VBA code.
